He Said Anything!

I came across a hilarious story today about a girl who turned down a guy for a date but to impress her, he offered something she couldn’t resist.
It all started when young 17-year-old Leagan Wilson, of Lubbock, had an exchange with an old childhood acquaintance from summer camp. He asked her out but she wasn’t interested in being in a relationship at the time. But after she kindly declined his advances, he was still persistent and came up with an interesting way to win her over. The unnamed gentleman decided to send her pictures of his credit card, the front and back. He wrote, “I want you to have something,” “Just in case you ever need anything. Anything at all.” In shock, Leagan replies, “hol up.” This all sounds crazy. I mean who would send sensitive information like that to someone they haven’t seen or spoken to in years. But to reassure her that he was for real, he replayed with, “Anything your heart desires.”
Leagan wasn't very happy with the thought of him trying to buy her affection. At first, she ignored the jester, it wasn’t exactly the smartest thing to do. But then later changed her mind and she bought something that her heart desired, a purple princess bouncy house.
Sounds exciting! But maybe not so exciting for the cardholder. It seems the purchase left him with a loss of words, well maybe he had a few questions. “Babe what is this,” was a valid question he had. And she responds with, “You said anything, right?”
He was definitely shocked by the $938 purchase, not sure because of the type of purchase she made or the fact that she actually used his card. Leagan could have bought anything, but a bouncy house is what made her happy. She was inspired after seeing one on her way home.
Turns out her encounter with the cardholder and crazy purchase made it to Twitter and she decided to celebrate by throwing a bouncy castle party. There were mixed feelings from Twitter followers but all in all her purchase could have been way worse. No word on whether he canceled the purchase or what happened to him.
